- Tracking details are provided at shipment and may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
- No movement updates? Wait 3–5 business days before contacting support.
- If your order is returned due to incorrect shipping info, we can reship once we receive it—but reshipping costs may apply unless it was our mistake.
Billing Address Changes & Cancellation
Because our items are made-to-order, we begin processing your request shortly after purchase. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a change to your shipping address. While we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once production has begun, we will always do our best to assist you if your order is still in the unfulfilled status.
